Yes! SpellFlex works entirely offline. All 8 AI voices, the word database, and all practice modes work without an internet connection.
Hints reveals letters as you type with color feedback. Bee gives you the sentence context and you spell the full word. Guess is pure recall — you hear the word and spell it from memory.
SpellFlex tracks your mastery level (0–5) for each word. Words you get right move to longer intervals (up to 10 days). Words you miss come back sooner. This is based on proven learning science for long-term memorization.
Yes! You can export lists and share them via AirDrop, Messages, or email. Recipients can import them with one tap.
On the main screen, tap the Voice picker to choose from 8 AI voices or your device's built-in voices. During practice, tap "Alt Voice" to hear the current word in a different voice.
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all word lists, progress, and settings.
