Welcome to SpellFlex. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data SpellFlex collects and how it is used.

Data Collection

• SpellFlex does not store any personally identifiable information (PII).
• We collect basic anonymized analytics to understand how users are using the app.
• No data is stored outside the app. All data is stored on your device and will be deleted if you delete the app.

Third-Party Services

SpellFlex uses Firebase Analytics for anonymized usage data. Firebase is operated by Google. Their privacy policy can be found at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Children's Privacy

SpellFlex is designed for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app functions entirely on-device and does not require account creation.

Camera Access

SpellFlex requests camera access solely to scan printed word lists using on-device OCR. Images are processed locally and are never uploaded or stored.

Microphone Access

SpellFlex may request microphone access for speech recognition features. Audio is processed on-device and is never recorded or transmitted.

Data Storage

All word lists, progress data, and settings are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
